This liner features a cloth-like backing for increased comfort and a discreet outer cover for dignity. The liner has a bowl-shaped elastic construction for a better fit and less leakage. A wetness indicator displays when change is needed. There are three absorbency levels for individual care, Normal, Plus size and an Overnight size.

The Comfort Aire Liner from Medline looks really strange at first, because it has a deep bowl shape, but once I put it on my grandmother it contoured to her body perfectly, and stopped all leakage. It looks and feels like underwear for her comfort, and are easy to easy. There are three different absorbencies too: normal, plus and super/overnight, all of them are useful.
