Medline 3" Gel Foam Cushion: A high resilient foam cushion is embedded with a pressure reduction gel bladder to equalize weight and pressure distribution. The core is made with a proprietary designed gel bladder encased in high resilient polyurethane foam. The casing is a high density durable foam providing support and comfort. A zippered, navy, fluid resistant, nylon cover with urethane backing and a nylon reinforced grey, vinyl bottom; durable, wipeable and easy to care. 18"x16"x3".

It helped me fight the reocurring soreness

No price is too high for the Gel Foam Cushion by Medline. It is very soft and can add comfort to any chair, wheelchair or to even much sturdier surfaces. It distributes weight efficiently and so far has been very helpful to me. I am positive it has helped me decrease the soreness I used to be prone to.

Equalizes weight

I suggest people in wheelchairs for extended periods of time try the Gel Foam Cushion from Medline. It equalizes the weight which means the pressure is equal too, and this does wonders for the legs back and even the neck. I am much more comfortable in my wheelchair now.

Relaxing and easy to clean

After hurting myself at work and being stuck in a wheelchair for months now, I am happy I bought the three inch 18x 16 Medline Gel Foam Cushion. It is high density foam covered by nylon and vinyl. Living by myself I was happy that I did not have to add water or anything to this pad, and it was easy to clean. It distributed my weight creating a space I could sit in all day without having to readjust a lot.
