Although I have found other absorbent diapers only the Ultracare Clothlike Adult Briefs by Medline fit as well as they do. They can be a little pricey but BrightMedical has them listed for the best price and it is not so bad. I think it is worth it for the quality of the diaper.

Good deal

The fibers in the odor control ultracare clothlike adult briefs by Medline are treated so they will neutralize the pH of urine. As if that is not enough to make these a great deal they also are the most absorbent diaper I have ever tried. I recommend trying these diapers.

These are great for wearing overnight because they are very absorbent. The triple core keeps moisture away from skin, even for the heaviest of wetters, and the lining prevents moisture from resurfacing as well.
