The abduction pillow, however, can be removed if not necessary. The shoulder strap is comfortable and the waist strap buckle locks and opens easily with a single press.

Very comfortable, can be worn for longer periods without causing any discomfort

I've been wearing the Shoulder Immobilizer with Abduction Pillow for about two weeks now and I am very happy with it. The shoulder strap is padded for comfort and distributes the weight evenly. It does not leave any marks on the skin and makes the immobilizer convenient for long periods of wearing. I love that it has the abduction pillow. It provides me with a more natural shoulder position.
