Look and feel like regular underwear

These have a cloth like outer cover that allows people to put clothes on over them without it bunching up or looking like a diaper. They also do not squish under clothing either. I would recommend the Ultra Soft Plus Clothlike Adult Briefs by Medline for people who do not want their diapers keeping them stuck at home.

Long lasting comfort

The air flow in the UltraPlus Briefs from Medline is better than any other brand I have tried. They are also very soft so my skin in never irritated. I still need help getting them on , but I do manage to get them off myself. I would recommend these briefs for their comfort.

The Ultra Soft Plus Clothlike Adult Briefs from Medline are used daily at our facility, and on many different patients. They are more absorbent than other briefs we have tried and are comfortable for everybody, and easy to put on and take off. I would suggest that other facilities try these adult briefs. Another bonus is they come in an extra wide variety of sizes.
